What Youll Be Doing:

Leading the kitchen team with confidence and positivity
Delivering consistently great food using fresh, quality ingredients
Managing stock, orders, prep, and food margins efficiently
Taking charge of rotas and ensuring smooth service
Helping shape the menu and bring new ideas to the table
